  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in customer service or call center environments.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales pipeline management, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong command of the English language is essential.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product support while maintaining sales records.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with potential for evening/weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, adaptability, and a customer-centric attitude.
