- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain customer records and update account information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Meet performance metrics and contribute to departmental goals.
- Stay informed about product updates and company policies.
職位要求
- Account: Travel and Hospitality - Mandarin
- Min. 1-year GDS tool experience (Sabre or Amadeus) in BPO or non BPO industry
- With at least 6mos Fraud experience
- B2 CEFR
- Schedule: 8AM-6PM MNL time
- Singaporean Chinese
