職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience Level: 1-2 years in customer service or call center environments preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, scheduling, problem-solving, account management, and Salesforce.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Respond to customer inquiries, manage accounts, resolve issues, and provide back office support.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, possible remote work; may involve shift work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, team player, effective communicator, adaptable, and customer-oriented.
