Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate, 2nd year college completer (with proof), or Bachelor’s degree holder
• At least 1 year of proven sales experience (BPO or non-BPO)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Must have experience in hard selling / upselling
• Passion for customer engagement and achieving sales targets
• Willing to work in shifting schedules and onsite in Cebu City

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative – Sales, you will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers, build rapport, and identify needs.
• Promoting and selling products or services through persuasive selling and upselling techniques.
• Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets, conversion rates, and incentive goals.
• Delivering excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Accurately processing sales orders, account information, and documentation.
• Collaborating with teammates and leaders to drive a high-performance sales culture.
• Demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and goal-orientation in a fast-paced environment.
