We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Logistics Account. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to start a career in the BPO industry, including fresh graduates and those without prior experience. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients through voice or non-voice communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist clients with shipment tracking, delivery concerns, and logistics-related inquiries.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining high service quality standards.
• Document and update customer interactions in the system accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• At least a Senior High School Graduate.
• With or without BPO experience (training provided for beginners).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Amenable to work onsite at Cebu IT Park.
