Position: Email and Chat Support Representative (Hybrid)

Salary: Php22,000-Php28,000 + Incentives (Up to Php23,000)

Work Schedule: 5:00 pm – 1:00pm

Work Set Up: Hybrid Set Up after 6 months of work onsite

Requirements:

• Open for Undergraduates and High school diploma or equivalent education
• With at least 3 years’ experience in customer service in a BPO.
• Amenable to work fully onsite in IT Park Cebu
• Amenable to attend interviews
• Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through chat and email channels in a timely and courteous manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, effective, and timely solutions.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Assist in the onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members to ensure consistent service quality.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to deliver accurate information to customers.
• Recommend and upsell appropriate products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior
