HIRING: Telco Account Representative (High Priority Account)

Location: Cebu City – Insular Tower, CEBU IT PARK

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate
• Senior High School Graduates are welcome to apply
• With at least 1 year of Telco experience (Required)
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Must be Willing to Work Onsite (WOSA)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls, chats, or emails related to telecom products and services.
• Assist with billing concerns, account updates, and plan inquiries.
• Troubleshoot basic connectivity or service issues.
• Promote upgrades and new telecom offerings when applicable.
• Accurately log all customer interactions in the system.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and meet performance targets.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: Up to PHP 28,000/month
