Qualifications

Education:

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate

Experience:

• Open to Freshers! No BPO experience required.

Skills:

• Good communication skills in English
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and onsite

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email related to retail products and services.
• Assist customers with order placement, product information, billing, and delivery updates.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
