We are looking for confident and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for a Voice Account. Whether you have prior BPO experience or are just starting your career, we encourage you to apply! Comprehensive training will be provided.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and provide clear, professional assistance
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns efficiently
  • Ensure excellent communication and maintain service quality standards
  • Follow company protocols and meet performance targets


Qualifications

  • High school graduate, senior high school graduate, or college level/graduate
  • With or without BPO/voice account experience
  • Strong English communication skills (clear speaking voice is a must)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to undergo a virtual/Onsite interview
