- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries efficiently and effectively.

- Residential Care Representative
- 1 year of CSR/Billing & sales experience in BPO
- K12 Graduate / Senior High School (New Curriculum)
- Residential Care Representative (VOICE) not Chat Support
- At least 1 year of BPO exp with Sales & Billing experience in TELCO
- Willing to work onsite
- Start Date: Dec 3 (1 class), Additional start dates to be announced.
