We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our Everyday Banking (EDB) team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or entry-level professionals passionate about customer service in the financial sector. As a CSR, you will handle customer inquiries, provide banking support, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and banking-related concerns via inbound/outbound calls or other channels
Provide accurate information and solutions regarding account status, transactions, and general banking services
Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns
Maintain high standards of customer experience and service excellence
Adhere to established procedures, compliance regulations, and company policies
Work collaboratively with peers and supervisors to improve team performance
Participate in training sessions and ongoing learning initiatives to stay updated with banking products and protocols
職位要求
Qualifications:
Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder
Preferably a graduate of:
Banking & Finance
Financial Management
Management Accounting
Accountancy
Economics
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Good English communication skills – able to converse clearly and professionally
Amenable to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts and split rest days
Must be willing to work on-site in McKinley Hill, Taguig
