About the Job

As a Customer Service Associate for our Global Hotels and Resorts Program in Ilocos, you'll manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications. You'll also assist with inquiries and handle guest complaints and compensation requests, ensuring a seamless and positive guest experience.

* Provide clear and professional answers to Travel inquiries

職位要求

You’re the perfect fit if:

• Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)

• Sales, Outbound Sales or Travel experiences are preferred

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

• Working knowledge on computers
