Role : Customer Service Bahasa & English Speaker

Fresh Graduate or SPM Leaver encouraged to apply

Location:- Johor Bahru

Type : 2 Years Contract will be renewable Yearly basis

Basic Salary : RM 1,900 - RM 2,100 + Additional Allowances Provided

Working days : Mon-Sun (6 days work 1 days off Rotational)

Working hours : Rotational Shift

Language : English & Malay


Intake Date: 26th Nov 2025


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer incoming calls including email and chat in a timely manner.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep the customer’s privacy and protect customer information.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Handle simple to difficult inquiries in a given span of time.
  • Provide accurate information and excellent customer service.
  • Research required information using available resources.


Requirements:

  • Open for SPM Leaver & Fresh Graduate
  • Completed with SPM Certificate
  • Good Communication in English & Bahasa
