  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support in native Taiwanese Mandarin.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, assisting them with their needs.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address customer requirements and feedback.
  • Maintain and update customer records and interactions in the database.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Taiwanese Mandarin; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
  • Working Conditions: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
