Location: Kuala Lumpur

Contract: 6 months

Shift Hours: Rotational between 8 AM – 11 PM (5 working days, 2 rest days)

Salary: RM2,600 – RM3,000 (Basic) + RM260 Shift Allowance

Perks: EPF, SOCSO, Annual Leave, Medical Leave


Your Role:

  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
  • Work closely with your team and managers to achieve service goals
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues when needed
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences in a dynamic banking environment


What We’re Looking For:

Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)

Minimum SPM with 2 years’ customer service experience, or Diploma/Degree fresh graduates
