職位描述

  • Offer timely and efficient customer support to address questions, problems and complaints related to products or services.
  • Keep a detailed knowledge of company's products and services to be able to appropriately convey their features and benefits to customers.
  • Engage with potential customers who have expressed interest in the company's products, nurture the leads until they are ready to buy, and close the sales.
  • Establish and maintain routinely interaction with customers that happen after the sale, and make them satisfied by solving their problems.
  • Use measures of retaining current customers, like offering promotions, discounts and personalized services.
  • Collect customer feedback to determine areas for improvement and share findings with the obligatory departments to upgrade products and services.
  • Perform the sales data, customer trends and the market changes analysis to improve the sales strategies and customer experience.
  • Develop and deliver training programs in collaboration with other teams that equip salespeople and customer service staff with new skills and knowledge.
  • Attend activities and promotions to interact with clients and present the organization's products and services.
  • Keep track of customer conversations, sales figures and other relevant data, and prepare reports on a regular basis for management.
