  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Respond to customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer records and document interactions in the system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge of products and services.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level, no prior experience required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency, excellent customer service skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, effective communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain composure under pressure.
