Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Local Financial Account (RCBC)

As a Customer Service Representative for the RCBC Local Financial Account, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to banking products and services. You are expected to provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure an excellent customer experience while complying with banking policies and BPO standards.

• Handle customer inquiries regarding deposits, loans, credit cards, and other RCBC products.
• Assist with account inquiries, balance checks, transaction histories, and fund transfers.
• Process requests such as card activation, account updates, and dispute resolution.
• Educate customers on digital banking platforms (online banking, mobile app).
• Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to higher support when needed.
• Ensure data privacy and follow strict security protocols in line with banking regulations.
• Meet performance targets such as quality scores, call handling time, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.

• HS Grad , Shs grad , College undergraduate or graduate
• With 1 year Financial Bpo Experience
