• Local Banking / Customer Care (November 3, & 16, 2025)
• Asian Telco / Customer Service (November 10, 2025)
• Ticketing / Customer Service (November 10, & 17, 2025)
• Financial Tech / Blended Customer Service (November 10, 17, & 24, 2025)

Work Location: G/F Tower 2 Concentrix Ayala North Exchange, Salcedo Street, Ayala Avenue Makati City

Start Dates: October 27 – 24, 2025

Salary Package: Up to ₱28,000 per month

Job Requirements

• HS/SHS Graduate or College Level/Graduate.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of BPO or customer-facing experience preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome for selected accounts).
• Without Experiences acceptable in different Account
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati and on shifting schedules.
• Amenable to start between October 27 – November 24, 2025.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, or account details.
• Process transactions, escalate complex issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality in all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and service levels.
