Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language, strong Customer Service skills, Scheduling proficiency, and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with a focus on customer interactions
