We're seeking a friendly and customer-focused CSR/BPO Agent to join our team. You'll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service via phone, email, or chat.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills (30 wpm+).
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
