  • Assist customers via phone, email, or chat, providing excellent support and service.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Participate in training programs and stay informed about new product features.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience and empathy towards customers
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Working Conditions: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
