  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for clients.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, excellent customer service skills, effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Qualities and Traits: Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
