  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized calendar.
  • Support sales activities by effectively communicating with customers regarding products and services.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, effective scheduling abilities, proficiency in English, understanding of sales pipeline processes, and basic technical skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a positive attitude towards helping customers.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple inquiries at once.
