  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product selections and provide information about prices, availability, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and enhance customer experience.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in scheduling and organizational skills
  • Qualities and Traits: Team player with problem-solving skills
  • Skills and Competencies: Basic technical skills related to call center operations
