About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our Financial Services Customer Support team. This role is perfect for applicants who want to start a career in the BPO industry—no prior BPO experience is required, and full training will be provided. You will handle customer inquiries related to financial products, transactions, and account concerns while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers regarding financial account queries.
• Assist customers with billing questions, transaction issues, account verification, and general financial inquiries.
• Provide accurate information and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.
• Maintain customer records and document interactions in the system.
• Meet performance targets such as quality standards, response time, and customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies, security protocols, and compliance guidelines for handling financial information.

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate / Associate Degree / Bachelor’s Degree (any field).
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work in shifting schedules and a fast-paced environment.
• No BPO experience required—training will be provided.
