- Provide customers with quality and excellent support through calls, chats, and emails.
- By addressing the issue properly & correctly with accurate details and information.
- Timely and prompt response for a zero email target by the end of the day.
- Maintain good relationship concerns. Appropriate in terms of voice messages and feedback.
- Resolve customer problems and queries to ensure the smooth operation of the business, extending excellent customer service experience as the company’s brand ambassador.
- Connect and resolve issues/complaints with customers using necessary communication. Providing timely feedback to the customer and the management
- Collaborate with other departments whenever necessary to handle complex escalation cases and elevate the concerns to the necessary stakeholders for immediate action and response.
- Provide timely and up-to-date trends in improving the company's services through customer feedback and engagement.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
