We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly individual to join us as a Call Center Agent. You will be the first person customers speak with, helping them by phone and providing quick and professional solutions to their concerns to ensure a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls professionally
Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and service concerns
Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues
Process requests such as account updates.
Maintain customer records and document interactions in the system
Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards
Work with team members to improve customer experience
Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when needed
Requirements:
At least 6 months call center experience
Good Communication skills
HS/S-HS diploma
Basic computer know-how
