We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is highly fluent in English and can deliver excellent customer support for our client. The ideal candidate must be confident, articulate, and able to handle customer inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Follow service guidelines and quality standards
  • Resolve issues efficiently and escalate as needed
  • Work with the team to improve customer satisfaction


Requirements

  • At least a senior high school graduate or college level
  • Must be very fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
  • Can work in shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays if required
