簡介
- Handle inbound calls from customers considering service cancellation or downgrades.
- Proactively retain customers by offering solutions, promos, or plan upgrades.
- Provide assistance with billing inquiries, plan changes, and technical troubleshooting.
- Upsell or cross-sell AT&T products and services when appropriate.
- Accurately document all customer interactions.
- Achieve performance metrics including retention, sales, and customer satisfaction.
職位要求
- Must have at least 1 year BPO experience in Sales, Retention, or Technical Support.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent customer handling, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules.
