We’re looking for dedicated and detail-oriented professionals to join our Customer Experience group. This role covers a range of functions, from leasing and application support to vendor coordination and utility activations. If you enjoy solving problems, working with data, and supporting customers through seamless processes, this could be your next career move.


Key Responsibilities

Depending on your assigned focus area, your day-to-day may involve:


  • Leasing and Resident Support
  • Connect with potential tenants via phone, email, or SMS to guide them through the leasing journey.
  • Assist with lease documents and move-in processes to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Handle questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Application Review and Screening
  • Assess applications by verifying financials, conducting background checks, and reviewing supporting documents.
  • Reach out to applicants for missing information or updates.
  • Uphold compliance with leasing standards and fair housing regulations.
  • Data Generalist – Utilities (Activations)
  • Make outbound calls to residents regarding utility updates, such as name changes on electricity or water accounts.
  • Execute workflows that involve data entry, transformation, and reconciliation.
  • Handle diverse data types including text, images, documents, and links.
  • Remote Troubleshooting & Support:
  • Resolve technical concerns using remote access tools. Provide real-time guidance to users in navigating and resolving system-related issues.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
  • Handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring high customer satisfaction through active listening and clear communication.
  • High-Volume Outbound Call Handling:
  • Conduct and manage outbound calls related to technical support, service verification, and issue follow-ups.
  • System Migration Support (Buildium):
  • Support the platform migration from Buildium to a new property management system. Ensure data accuracy, minimal downtime, and user readiness.
  • User Onboarding & Remote Access Walkthroughs:
  • Facilitate step-by-step onboarding, system access creation, and technical walkthroughs for remote users.
