Job Description

We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team! The CSR will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide excellent service through phone, email, or chat.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and provide accurate information and solutions.
  • Process requests, complaints, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.
  • Follow company procedures and maintain good documentation of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance metrics and targets.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of solid BPO (voice) experience – required
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • Can work onsite in Alabang or MOA Pasay
