  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Handle collection calls and follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Conduct skip tracing to locate debtors and manage account status updates.
  • Verify loan applications and ensure all documentation is accurate.
  • Perform credit investigations to assess customer creditworthiness.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience in customer service or collections.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in skip tracing and credit investigation techniques.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
