  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Update customer records in the database accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues as needed.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Level: Junior (0–2 years).
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Working Conditions: Must be flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
