Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about products or services. The CSR serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring a positive experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, chats, or emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account concerns.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and offering effective solutions.
• Document all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in company systems.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized teams when necessary.
• Meet performance metrics such as quality scores, attendance, AHT, CSAT, and productivity targets.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
• Follow company policies, standard procedures, and compliance guidelines.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
• Contribute to a collaborative and customer-focused team environment.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate
• No work experience required
• Above average English communication skills
