- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues.
- Provide product information and support via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Educational Qualifications: No formal education required; high school diploma preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, customer service, problem solving, and account management. Familiarity with Shopify and Salesforce is a plus.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, resolve issues, manage accounts, and facilitate sales.
- Working Conditions: Team-oriented environment, possible remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, team player, and excellent communication skills.
工作時間:
基於輪班的時間表·8 working hours Fixed Rest Day (Sat-Sun)
休息日・工作方式:
全兩天週末（週六、週日和公共假期休息）·週末兩天（週六週日休息）·週末兩天·超過120個年假·基於輪班的工作安排

2 年 且 12 月
