- Handle travel- or hospitality-related customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist with bookings, reservations, rebookings, cancellations, or itinerary updates
- Provide knowledgeable and courteous solutions regarding flights, accommodations, or service policies
- Ensure high satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and adhere to company compliance guidelines
- At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum)
- With minimum 6 months of international BPO experience (voice or non-voice)
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holiday work
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
