- Meet and surpass sales targets.
- Generate business from both new and existing clients.
- Manage and negotiate complex deals with senior executives.
- Build rapport and foster long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up intensively and process orders promptly.
- Make outbound calls and engage with clients.
- Prepare quotes, submit proposals, and send contracts.
- Manage and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Handle inbound calls, secure reservations, and close sales.
- Provide ongoing support to clients from reservation through to trip completion.
- Respond to chat and website inquiries.
- Track and resolve lost and found items.
- Send maps and logos to drivers and dispatch teams.
- Confirm orders and ensure all details are accurate.
- Coordinate with affiliates to secure pricing and order details.
職位要求
- Proficient in both written and verbal English communication.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is not required, but at least one year of customer service
- experience in a related field is preferred.
- Quick learner, receptive to coaching, proactive, and able to multitask with
- minimal to no errors.
- Self-disciplined, highly detail-oriented, and organized.
- Diligent, passionate, honest, and accountable.
- Flexible to work any shift, including graveyard shifts, and available on any day
- of the week.
- Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and research
- skills.
- Must provide a valid ID, NBI Clearance, Police Clearance, and Medical Certificate prior to or on the first day of training.
- Able to work independently and within a team with minimal to no supervision.
