  • Assist customers with inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
  • Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in call center operations, back office support, technical skills, problem-solving, scheduling, and customer service. Strong English language skills, sales pitching, and closure capabilities.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent organizational abilities, strong people skills, and a positive attitude are essential.
