• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely

manner

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and account-related

concerns

• Assist customers in troubleshooting basic issues or escalating to appropriate

departments when necessary

• Document and update customer interactions in the system

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering effective and empathetic

solutions

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet performance

targets and service levels

• Adhere to schedule, compliance, and quality guidelines set by the company

Requirements

• At least a College Graduate (For starters, no BPO experience required)

• For Undergraduates, at least 5 months of BPO/Customer Service experience required

• Willing to work onsite

• Amenable to rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
