As we continue to expand, we’re looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our International Remittance Account a dynamic FinTech team focused on excellence, integrity, and innovation.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries, issues, and concerns with professionalism.
• Process remittance transactions accurately and in compliance with both local and international regulations.
• Deliver clear and accurate information, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
• Support multiple client products and services while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with team leaders and management to achieve individual and team performance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year BPO experience in an international account.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Money Service Business or remittance processing is a strong advantage.
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM systems and related tools.
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work onsite at our Ortigas Center, Pasig office.
