Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Process orders, forms, and requests efficiently.
• Follow up to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
• Stay updated on products and company policies.
• Meet performance targets in response time, resolution, and satisfaction.
• Share feedback to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Fresh grads & experienced candidates welcome
• With or without a degree
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willing to work night shifts
• Amenable to Araneta–Cubao, BGC, or Ortigas
