We’re looking for motivated CSR - Outbound Sales Representatives to join our growing Financial Services team! You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, promoting financial products or services, and providing excellent customer support. This is a great opportunity for individuals with sales drive and excellent communication skills to grow in a stable BPO company.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing or prospective clients
• Promote and explain financial products or services
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer records in the system

Job Requirement:

• At least 6 months of BPO experience in Collections, Sales, or Financial/Banking accounts
• Good English communication skills
• Amenable to work on-site (Ortigas Center)
• Open to candidates residing near: Mandaluyong, Pasig, Taguig, Pateros, Makati, San Juan, Pasay, Cubao, Quezon City, Cainta, Taytay
