- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding the services, product features, pricing and maintenance.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Process service requests, orders and account modifications efficiently.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings or presentations with clients when necessary to demonstrate product features, provide consultations, or discuss service agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Stay up to date with product updates, industry trends, and customer service best practices.
- Provide support in customer retention initiatives and upselling opportunities where applicable.
- Assist in gathering customer feedback to improve services and overall customer experience.
