Requirements:

• SHS Grad, Undergrad or Bachelors Degree holder
• Open for Fresh Graduates
• With working experience is an advantage
• Amenable to work on site.
• Amenable to work in graveyard shift working schedule

Responsibilities:

• Responds to calls from clients and resolves problems or complaints.
• Follows call channels and procedures to deliver precise and finished information that is required or requested.
• Conveys suitable choices to offer prompt resolution
• Keeps track of every client encounter while adhering to the quality standard.
• Coordinates with a higher level of assistance for issues of an out-of-scope nature
