  • Process Amazon instant messages and pending incoming requests in a timely manner.
  • Provide support for SMS handling tasks when required by the voiced CSR team.


Core Requirements

Basic Competencies

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with no distinct accent.
  • Service Awareness: Strong customer service mindset and effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in office software and online customer service tools; e-commerce platform operation experience is a plus.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and proactively assist colleagues.
  • Work Attitude: Strong sense of responsibility, capacity to work under pressure, positive mindset, and eagerness to learn.


Experience Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience is preferred.
  • E-commerce customer service experience is highly preferred.


Work Mode & Working Hours

  • Work Mode: On-site
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (next day)
