簡介
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders and manage returns
- Maintain customer records and update databases
- Communicate effectively through various channels (phone, email, chat)
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build rapport
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in any field is required.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Customer Service, English Language, Problem Solving, and Salesforce. Knowledge of TikTok and Digital Marketing is a plus.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, maintain accounts, and support back-office operations.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with potential remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a professional demeanor are essential.
