Responsible for delivering customer support in accordance with defined scope of work and service level agreements. This includes maintaining high standards of call quality and meeting quantitative performance metrics, while effectively addressing and resolving customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Open to college graduates with at least 6 months of BPO experience
• Also open to high school graduates, senior high school graduates, or college undergraduates with a minimum of 2.5 years of BPO experience
• Must have good communication skills
• Willing to work at any on-site/off-site location
• Amenable to work on shifting schedules and during holidays, if required
