Customer Service Representative – Corporate Travel (B2B)


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service and support to corporate travelers.
  • Book flights, hotels, and cars using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
  • Handle ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds on GDS platforms.
  • Address traveler inquiries and provide timely, accurate resolutions.

職位要求

  • At least High School Graduate.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a Corporate Travel B2B account.
  • Proficient in Sabre and Amadeus tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
