Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: At least Senior High grad
• Experience Level: 6 months in BPO; with or without Sales, Telco, and Tech
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce.
